On July 31, 2008, ProCentury Corporation, the parent company of the Century Insurance Group merged with Meadowbrook Insurance
Group, Inc. Commenting on the finalization of the merger, Robert S. Cubbin, President and CEO of Meadowbrook, stated. "We are pleased with the strong
support for the merger we received from the shareholders of both companies. Both management teams have been working
